Welcome to Indigo Hare

Interview Training

How can Indigo Hare help?

We offer interview training for graduate roles with an experienced interviewer, based on the competency and strength-based questions you will come across when applying for graduate roles and internships.
  • The training programme is designed with all students and graduates in mind; from those who struggle to put themselves across well at interview or have glitches in their CV, to candidates who simply want the extra edge.
  • This is the perfect opportunity to practice and perfect your answers – we will help you identify your strengths and weaknesses and to show an employer that the experience you have demonstrates the competencies they are looking for.
  • Reduce any worries when you are faced with a real interview – make your mistakes in a safe environment.
  • Our two stage process means that you will have the opportunity to consolidate your learning in a follow-up Skype interview.

Testimonials

Indigo Hare was the perfect preparation before my interview. You really helped me to recognise my own strengths and the practice questions were invaluable before the interview. Also the list of typical questions narrowed down by firm was really useful and impossible to find elsewhere.

I was very impressed by my experience with IndigoHare, Caroline cared about helping me as much as possible, undertaking work outside of the sessions to prepare me as fully for my interview as she could.
The process helped me develop skills which initially I found unnatural, but which are vital during the recruitment process. I believe that the progress I made will be instrumental in securing employment in the future, and would like to thank Caroline sincerely for her help.

I would fully recommend the Indigo Hare sessions with Caroline. It was extremely helpful in both my preparation and giving the important confidence boost needed for interviews. The sessions were completely tailored to the firm I was applying to/ the position I was applying for. The feedback was always detailed, from more general pointers to possible improvements of minor things, which all added to the overall performance. The number of questions I prepared after my sessions with Caroline was a lot higher to what I had initially done myself and this further preparation was definitely key. After my sessions with Caroline I secured a training contract in a London law firm. The preparation I’d had with Caroline was definitely a key factor in this success.

Extremely pleased with the interviews – helped me acknowledge my strengths and weaknesses and gain a lot of confidence and practice enabling me to perform well in the assessment centre. I was definitely less nervous for the real interviews than I would have been without the Skype sessions, so a big thank you to Caroline!

I really can’t recommend this service enough. Caroline is extremely patient and supportive; she prepared for our sessions thoroughly and tailored her advice to the company I was applying for. The bank of possible questions was invaluable and it was very helpful to gain insight into competency interviews from the perspective of a recruiter. I felt a lot more confident in my interview than I have done previously and am very grateful to Caroline for all her help.

About your interviewer, Caroline Healy:

Prior to founding Indigo Hare in 2013, Caroline had over thirteen years’ experience in Human Resources. She worked as a Graduate Recruiter in the London office of one of the Big Four accountancy firms as well as HR Manager in two of those firms and a smaller regional firm. Most importantly, she knows that even the most able candidates can become tongue-tied at interview and enjoys the challenge of helping you overcome your interview anxieties.

She has a BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology from the University of Southampton, she qualified and has been accredited as a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). With insider knowledge of what employers are looking for, she is well-placed to pass on this insight and help you on to the career ladder.

Her vast experience of being ‘on the other side of the table’ comes from having recruited into graduate and more senior roles in a wide variety of functions across the businesses, so as well as being involved at graduate level she has seen what qualities lead to experienced recruits being successful in their roles. At Indigo Hare she has provided interview skills training for a diverse range of graduate roles including accountancy and finance, law, consultancy, energy, regulatory, human resources, market research, FMCG, engineering, teaching, and the third sector, though other areas can easily be covered too.
